what do we charge?
Standard repair:
£45 for free standing and £55 for integrated appliances.
Plus parts (if needed)
We are able to fix most appliances that we get called out to, but if your appliance is beyond economical repair, or you don’t wish to have it repaired for any reason, we charge a reduced Diagnosis Only fee of £20.
We keep our prices clear and simple by charging a fixed labour fee + cost of parts. We will always give you a quotation for any parts needed to fix the machine before they are fitted.
All prices include VAT. You only pay extra for parts if they are required (Many repairs do not require parts)
We will usually have an idea of the issue from our initial phone call and can therefor give an indication of cost before a visit is arranged.
Largest of repairs:
Washing machine drum replacements , Bearing replacements , Entire tub replacements*
Typically these changes are £80-£90 + parts, this is due to the extra labour work involved.
